P & R was established as toolmakers and injection moulders in 1980 by Alan Rothwell and Tom Patterson and quickly established a position as experts in specialist tool making and injection moulding.

The company has expanded impressively over the years fuelled by a management focussed on toolmaking and injection moulding with clear objectives and a policy. The quality and service of  their injection moulded products, linked to a competitive pricing policy has ensured that P & R rarely loose a customer once a relationship has been established. P & R have recently taken a stake in Plasteknik Limited (a local injection moulding company) which means they can now manufacture the smallest of injection moulded parts to mouldings the size of Stadium Seating.
