Paterson and Rothwell -   design critical moulding

The shear number of shut off areas to form the Clip details on this part made it very tricky indeed considering that it's an 8 imp tool.   Very tight tolerances were required as each of the clips actually clips into a counterpart extrusion, very snugly if there is such a word. It even had to sound just right as it clipped in! One or two slight adjustments were required but we got there in the end.
