Paterson and Rothwell -  From design to moulding in just 8 weeks

After modelling the part for the customer in just 8 hours a few minor design changes were required before we could progress to tooling. This part for the roofing market was far from difficult, very straightforward in fact with no close moulding tolerances either. It was completed in just under 8 weeks, approved first time and underwent its first production run.
