SUMMARY.

Paterson and Rothwell -  Tooling with the Moulder in mind.

This tool had to be produced with the moulder in mind. To prevent unnecessary gassing and in order to deal with the thin wall sections we had to incorporate up and down split lines on several levels. Otherwise the mould department would not have been impressed with the cycle time in order to release the part. Something you take for granted when you make your own tools
